Deliver exceptional, friendly service to guests, ensuring every poolside experience reflects the hotel’s luxury standards. Prepare and present beverages according to brand standards, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation. Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests. Demonstrate the “Passion for Excellence” through serving our guests with flair and professionalism, ensuring that their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved. Ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and that the “Essence of Pleasure” is achieved. Embody the art of French hospitality through a “can do” attitude. Engage guests with genuine hospitality — offering recommendations, upselling beverages, and ensuring all needs are anticipated and met. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, pool area, and service stations in line with hygiene and safety requirements. Ensure all beverage stock levels are maintained, accurately recorded, and replenished as needed. Process guest orders and payments efficiently and accurately through the POS system. Support bar setup, pack-down, and daily operational needs, including opening and closing duties. Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practises.
